What an incredible honor I had last week! 

SERIOUSLY.

I once knew a girl – a girl who giggled a lot, shared her heart with anyone she met, loved to play games, and was willing to jump in and help wherever she was needed.

Well, I visited her and her new husband last weekend, and she is all of those things still, but now, my dear friend Des is glowing with  motherhood!

She and her husband Cooper invited me into their new home, and proudly showed me how they were preparing for the arrival of their baby.

It was so wonderful.

They were glowing with love. 

They were glowing with love for one another.

They were glowing with love for this sweet baby inside Des.

They were glowing with love for their family.

Thanks Des and Cooper for letting me a part of such a special time in your life.  I am so excited to meet the new addition to your family!

Congratulations!What an incredible image this was to me.  We were done taking pictures, and we were walking back to the car.  I stopped for a moment to take in how precious it was to see Des and Cooper walk away together, when around them came this man.  He was teaching his son to ride his bike for the first time.  I thought, “How fast time goes.”

One day, Cooper, this will be you.  . . . teaching your young son to ride his bike. 

 I am so excited for you. 

What a good daddy you will be!Oh!!!!  OH DES, you are so beautiful! 

In every image, I see the beautiful woman you have become of the years, but this picture . . . I just love it (oh, and the last one, too!) 

You will be such a fabulous mommy.
